The Sunset Properties sales staff at our Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach offices focus on both island and mainland properties on our beautiful beach stand. Though the company has retained its independence from real estate franchises over its 20+ years, the office has had the top sales broker on the island of Sunset Beach for three of the last four years!
Agents in our offices are not limited to serving the island of Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach exclusively. We have a diverse team that has had a long and successful presence on the mainland areas of Carolina Shores, Sunset Beach , Calabash and Shallotte just to name a few.
Our sales staff can serve in one of three roles for every client:
As a Buyer’s representative - we work to learn each client’s personal preferences, and then will represent the client in the process of finding and then negotiating for the best property.
As a Seller’s representative - we work exclusively for a seller to identify the appropriate competitive price for his property, and then develop and implement a marketing plan to get the property exposed and sold to likely buyers.
As a Dual agent - in some cases, our clients allow us to represent both sides in a transaction if a particular property meets the needs of a buyer that they are also working with.
